Bring any previous records (if available), current medications/supplements, and notes on what you\’ve observed (appetite, energy, bathroom habits). For new clients, having your previous clinic\’s contact information helps us request records quickly with your consent.

We treat dogs and cats. If you have another species, please call to confirm whether we can help or if a referral is recommended.
